Terms of attendance
These terms apply to classroom seats at Desktop Anchorgrid Institute, 72/581 Gp 16 Raminthra San Sap Min Buri, Bangkok, 10510. They are written for training in a room, not for online products we do not offer.
Who these terms cover
By requesting a chair, attending a clinic night, studio, lab, workshop, or private chart review, you agree to these terms. The Institute is a training room. It is not a licensed broker, investment advisor, or fund.
What we teach
Instruction concerns technical analysis methods, with emphasis on momentum indicators (RSI, MACD, stochastic oscillators) as used on charts. Instructors discuss settings, annotation, and journal habits. They do not provide buy or sell recommendations, portfolio management, or guarantees of results in any market.
Booking a seat
A request through the contact form is not a confirmed booking. A seat is held only when the room sends a written confirmation naming the offering, dates, and informational price. Classroom capacity is limited; confirmation is first-come among complete requests.
Your responsibilities
You bring a laptop and a charting login you already control. You do not film the projector or other students. You keep phones silent. You treat printed worksheets as classroom copies, not as publications to resell. You tell us before evening one if stairs to the second floor are unusable for you.
Materials
Worksheets, histogram booklets, and certificates of attendance remain teaching aids. You may keep your own annotated copies. You may not copy Institute worksheets for a public course of your own without written permission.
Conduct
The aisle-review format requires quiet desks. Harassment, recording without consent, or pressure on instructors for trade calls is grounds for removal from that evening without a replacement seat.
Liability
Classroom examples use historical or delayed charts for teaching. Decisions you make in your own accounts are yours. The Institute is not responsible for trading losses, missed sessions caused by traffic on Raminthra, or equipment you bring that fails.
Changes
We may move an evening to the next open weeknight if the room is unusable (power, flooding, or instructor illness). We will telephone or email the contact you gave. Refund and reschedule rules sit on the refund page.
