Refunds and seats
These rules apply only to classroom offerings at Desktop Anchorgrid Institute: the Momentum Indicator Clinic, RSI Divergence Studio, MACD Cross Lab, Stochastic Pacing Workshop, and Private Chart Review. We do not sell shipped goods, subscriptions, or downloadable courses.
Who may ask
The person named on the confirmation note may request a refund or a move. Write to clinic@desktopanchorgrid.click or telephone 02 914 9599 and use the subject line “Seat change” with the offering name and dates.
Eligibility and timeframe
Full refund of fees actually received is available if you write at least 7 full days before the first scheduled evening (or before the Saturday start for a studio, lab, or workshop). Private Chart Review may be cancelled for a full refund if you write at least 48 hours before the desk hour.
Partial refund
If you withdraw after the clinic has begun but before the fourth evening, we refund half of the clinic fee actually received, minus the cost of printed worksheets already handed to you (THB 200 flat, if worksheets were collected). After the fourth clinic evening, remaining nights are not refunded. For the three-session RSI studio, withdrawal after session one and before session two returns one-third of the fee received. The one-day MACD lab is not split once Saturday 09:30 has started.
Non-refundable items
Printed worksheets, histogram booklets, pencil sets, and paper certificates already issued are not bought back. A deposit named in a confirmation letter — used to hold one of the twelve clinic chairs — is non-refundable if you cancel inside 7 days of night one, because the chair cannot be offered fairly to the waiting list. Deposits are otherwise applied to the informational price or returned with the rest of an eligible refund.
Process
Send the confirmation date, the amount you paid, and the method (cash in the room, transfer named in the letter). Niramol Wattana records the request. We confirm in writing within 5 working days whether the request meets these rules.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by the same method we received, where possible: cash refunds in the Min Buri room by appointment, or bank transfer to the Thai account you used. Transfers are sent within 14 working days after written approval. We do not refund to a third-party account.
Cancellation by the Institute
If we cancel a whole offering (too few chairs, room unusable, instructor unavailable with no substitute), you receive a full refund of fees received, or a move to the next dated run of the same offering, at your choice.
Rescheduling
One move to a later run of the same offering is allowed if you write 7 days before night one (48 hours for a private desk). A second move is treated as a cancellation and follows the refund rules above.
No-shows
If you miss night one without notice, the chair may be released after 30 minutes. That evening is forfeit. Two unexplained absences from the six-evening clinic close the remaining nights without refund. Saturday catch-up hours cover one explained miss, not a no-show pattern.
Work already started
Once an evening, lab, or 50-minute desk has begun, that unit is “started.” Started units are not refunded. Remaining unstarted units follow the partial-refund paragraphs.
Purchased materials
If you collected worksheets and then withdrew under a partial-refund rule, the THB 200 materials deduction applies. Unused sealed pencil sets from the RSI studio may be returned unopened for that line’s cost as listed on the confirmation; opened sets are not taken back.
Exceptions
Hospital admission or a death in the immediate family, documented in writing, lets us waive the 7-day clinic rule and offer either a full move to the next clinic or a refund of unstarted evenings without the half-fee cap. Traffic on Raminthra is not an exception.
