We collect only what we need to seat a class in Min Buri and to answer notes you send. Thailand is our place of operation (GEO: TH).

What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, telephone, the seat you asked about, and the message you typed. From attendance: a paper or spreadsheet list of confirmed names for fire and certificate purposes. From the website: a cookie preference if you choose Allow (see cookies). We do not run account logins on this site.
Why we hold it
To confirm chairs, to telephone if the gate is shut, to issue a paper certificate, to handle refunds and reschedules, and to keep a short record if a dispute arises about attendance. We do not sell lists. We do not use your charts for marketing.
Charts you send
Private Chart Review requires two annotated charts sent 48 hours ahead. Those files are used only for that hour and are deleted from Institute mailboxes within 30 days after the appointment, unless you ask us in writing to keep them for a follow-up desk.
Sharing
We share contact details with an instructor only for the offering you booked. We share information if Thai law requires it. Payment, when arranged, is handled in the room or by the method named in your confirmation — this website does not process payments.
Retention
Booking messages are kept for 24 months. Attendance lists for certificate records are kept for 36 months. Cookie preference lives in your browser until you clear it.
Your requests
Write to clinic@desktopanchorgrid.click to see, correct, or ask us to delete what we hold, except where we must keep a legal or refund record. We answer in English, which is the language of the classroom materials.
Site hosting
The public site at desktopanchorgrid.click is a static set of pages. Form submissions are sent to a mock endpoint for demonstration of validation only on this build; treat live deployment as requiring a real mailbox process described in your confirmation letter.
